Who This Service Is For
In-Person vs. Tele-IME
Dr. Rastegar offers both traditional in-person examinations and tele-IME services via secure video platform.
In-Person IME: Conducted at mutually convenient locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan. Allows for comprehensive hands-on physical examination.
Tele-IME: Appropriate for select cases where record review is primary focus or when travel is impractical. Combines detailed record review with video interview and observation of functional abilities. Not suitable for all case types; suitability determined during case discussion.
What Is Evaluated
Neutral, Defensible Opinions
Evidence-Based Methodology: All opinions are grounded in objective clinical findings, peer-reviewed literature, and established medical guidelines—not advocacy.
Equal Treatment: Whether representing plaintiff or defense, each case receives the same rigorous, unbiased analysis focused solely on the medical facts.
Deposition-Ready: Reports are written to withstand scrutiny, with clear rationale and supporting medical evidence for every conclusion.
